Canada – As part of its commitment to extend its Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) offerings, Imaginet entered a contract to purchase all the shares of Notion Solutions, one of North America’s premier ALM delivery companies using expert Microsoft Visual Studio consultants.
Texas-based Notion Solutions is a strategic addition to Imaginet, which is based in Canada. The acquisition will extend ALM expertise and reach at both organizations, making it one of the largest specialized resources for ALM globally.
“Notion has done an exceptional job of becoming one of North Americas leading ALM and Visual Studio organizations with unmatched depth of experience with Microsoft‘s ALM toolset. They have built a strong reputation for outstanding customer service and products that extend the functionality of MS Visual Studio,” states Imaginet founder Rod Giesbrecht.“The joining of our two companies will provide our customers with an unparalleled suite of services.”
Notion president, Chris Menegay, is looking forward to the new opportunities Imaginet will bring to the company. “Imaginet is already an award winning global leader in ALM. We look forward to combining our services and offerings to provide an unprecedented portfolio globally. New and existing clients will benefit from the expanded team and enhanced application development services.”
