- Elicitation and envisioning around this discipline in your environment
- Installation and configuration of Microsoft Project Portfolio Server
- Mentoring in administration, backup and security of the aforementioned server(s)
- Configuration of training partitions on your servers
- Initial adoption training for affected roles
- Go-Live support for initial adoption
