- On-site training for your entire project team - onsite training allows for you to get your entire team involved as a group when learning Team System. While Notion Solutions also supports off-site training; we advise that we come to your facilities, so we are able to include your entire project team. We recommend training your project managers, QA team and IT architects in the portions of Team System related to their roles.
- Installation Assistance – We will work with your staff to make sure the installation of Team System goes as smoothly as possible.
- Process Implementation – We will work with you to determine the best software processes for your organization and build those processes into Team System.
Envisioning Sessions – Notion Solutions can guide you through the features of Team System as you try to understand how the product can help your organization. These sessions are 2-way discussions. We ask you questions about your software development practices and answer your questions about Team System. We work with you to determine how Team System can help you efficiently build better software.
Jumpstarts – Jumpstarts are intended to get your team up and running with Team System. This short engagement is presented with a combination of training, process customization and installation guidance. This is done "on premise" at your facilities - involving your entire development team. To maximize your team members time, the different team members participate only in the training that is most relevant to their job roles.
Extended Engagement – This engagement is similar to the standard Jumpstart, but we spend more time training your staff and working with you to ensure the appropriate process is created for your environment. Complex environments often require extra time for installation and setup. We can also work with your team to ensure maximum efficiency for your project!
