Q: eTraining, what is it?

A: Notion created our eTraining content because customers were constantly looking for assistance with TFS knowledge transfer. Most learning companies offer costly training around language, like VB.NET and C#.NET, not specifically around Team System.

Q: How does it work?

A: eTraining is a way to learn Team System at your pace, when you have time. Because the labs access our server, all you have to do is download the trial version of the Microsoft software, and access our team site. You then get access to everything you need in a simulated team project.

When you come across items that give you trouble, simply post a question to the online forums and one of our Team System experts will respond within one business day.

Q: What is the purpose of the videos?

A: These videos are designed to teach you different concepts surrounding Visual Studio Team System. All the training videos are available at http://www.teamsystemrocks.com/files/default.aspx. You can drill down and watch any videos you are interested in, in any order. New videos will be added periodically.

There are two types of training videos:

· Slide Decks – These videos cover concepts in detail, and run anywhere from 10-20 minutes.

· How Do I – These videos show you how to do a particular task, and run anywhere from 3-5 minutes.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: The cost is $200 per quarter (3 month subscription minimum) for each student, plus a $100 setup fee per user. We also have bulk pricing available. Contact us at sales@notionsolutions.com or 972.607.4827 to purchase or for questions/details.

A site license for all video content is available for the flat rate of $5,000 USD.
